As the movie was just beginning at the Palm Theatre, one of our friends became very sick, very quickly. The staff at the theater came to our rescue with tremendous compassion, coolness and competence. 911 was called, one of the staff began checking vitals and our friend was whisked to the hospital via ambulance. A sincere thank you to the Palm staff for considering our needs and the emergency team of firefighters and EMTs for quick and effective response.

A terrible situation was averted and a renewed appreciation stoked for the kindness of all who assisted us!

The Palm is not only a wonderful place to enjoy movies, it is remarkably staffed with great folks.
