Weather forecast: One more chance of rain before sun returns for Thanksgiving

Rain Wild Art Sunday

Linda Mao and 9-year-old son Connor forge across San Luis Obispo Creek downtown in a misty rain Sunday. The dampness did not discourage the pair, visiting from Fremont, from exploring along the creek.

Today’s forecast calls for clear skies and near-normal temperatures, with highs in the 60s.

PG&E meteorologist John Lindsey forecasts the chance of more rain Wednesday, when a quick-moving storm slides over the area. But he thinks Thanksgiving Day will be sunny thanks to high pressure in the atmosphere that will create offshore winds and keep skies sunny through the holiday weekend.
