Grover Beach City Council. Meets today. 473-4567. Consider permit for a five-unit, low-income housing project at the northwest corner of South 10th Street and Farroll Road; status report on short- and long-term strategy for street rehabilitation; update on City Hall improvements.

Paso Robles City Council. Meets Tuesday. 237-3888.
