CHP officers and an ambulance are responding to a traffic accident on southbound Highway 101 at San Luis Bay Drive south of San Luis Obispo.

Just before 12:30 p.m., authorities received a report of a red sedan that went off the roadway, according to the CHP’s traffic incident log.

Information on injuries or the number of cars involved wasn’t immediately available.
