A state project to construct a retaining wall along southbound Highway 101 on the Cuesta Grade is now complete, according to a news release from Caltrans.
The work designed to strengthen that section of road included a six-month closure of the far right southbound lane on much of the Grade. All lanes are now open.
The contractor on the $3.3 million project was Condon-Johnson & Associates in Oakland.
