As a long-term resident and former member of the Pismo Beach City Council, I echo The Tribune’s endorsements and encourage readers to support the candidacies of Erik Howell and Ed Waage.

Erik Howell’s experience and proven leadership as a Pismo Beach commissioner, as aschool board member, and as an officer of the Shell Beach Improvement Group will make him a true asset to the City Council. Ed Waage’s experience as a Pismo Beach commissioner and his track record as a City Council member will continue to serve our city well.

Pismo Beach is lucky to have candidates of this caliber.

I respectfully urge the voters to elect Erik Howell and Ed Waage for Pismo Beach City Council.
