John Ashbaugh is a hard-working and honest man. Kevin Rice must have too much time on his hands. While John is serving on the City Council, teaching at Allan Hancock College, volunteering for several local organizations and trying to run a re-election campaign , Kevin Rice is busy hounding public officials and wasting valuable city staff time. John has done an excellent job to help maintain the fiscal integrity of the city of San Luis Obispo, to provide quality municipal services, to champion new open space for our wonderful greenbelt and to help manage the growing needs of the homeless. This is just a partial list of what John has done to enhance the city’s quality of life.

John has the education, experience, work ethic and accessibility that our community needs in these challenging times. He deserves another four-year term for a job well done!
