Ride 2 Recovery welcomed in Cambria

About four dozen supporters gather along Highway 1 at Cambria Drive on Wednesday, Oct. 24, to greet wounded-warrior bicyclists on the fifth annual Ride 2 Recovery Golden State Challenge from San Francisco to the Santa Monica Pier. More than 200 injured veterans and their supporters took part in the 450-mile, seven-day trek from San Francisco to Los Angeles. Cambria American Legion Post No. 432 hosted a dinner for riders on Tuesday, Oct. 23.
