As a substitute teacher for San Luis Coastal Unified School District who has worked at every school in the district, I can testify that we have a great staff that is dedicated to providing an excellent education for our children.

From the custodial staff to the top administration, their mission is excellence in education. People who claim that our schools are broken and there is huge waste in the system will not find significant examples within our school district.

I do see that any further cuts in the budget will affect the quality of education to our children. I urge voters to vote yes on Proposition 30 to support our schools in their mission.
