I served 20 years on the Cuesta College Board of Trustees. Over all those years, I’ve heard the personal stories of people whose lives have been changed by their experience at Cuesta College, whether it was a mom who returned after raising her children or the grandchild who was able to take advantage of a college close to home.

They were able to achieve their aims because of accessibility to the quality education Cuesta offers.

For these reasons I strongly recommend Barbara George for election to the Cuesta College board. She is an accomplished leader with ties to faculty, students and community members.

Barbara cares deeply about the future success of Cuesta College. She is a gifted communicator and consensus builder. She is committed to accessibility, accountability and fiscal responsibility.
