Templeton Community Services District is at a major crossroad. Our elected officials will be making multimillion-dollar decisions in the coming months that will have a direct effect on what is currently paid for utilities. There has been much strife with many of the staff within the district, affecting the service that is provided to the customer.

The current culture/ make-up of the board has refused to openly discuss and implement policies to deal with these major issues; thus it necessary to suggest a slate of candidates that have the expertise, dedication and desire to “right the ship.”

I have met with all the new candidates and attended the candidates’ forum; it’s clear and obvious there are three individuals that are the best choices for Templeton. Each is committed to expanding communications with the community; to bring a professional approach to the board and its meetings; to being steadfast in their fiscal responsibilities and, in my view most importantly, in bringing transparency to all district operations
