I have no illusions about the outcome of the presidential election in California. The winner-take-all rules will deliver Californias 55 electoral college votes to the current president. If I had an ax to grind about that, I would move to another state. It may seem odd, but that takes me to the recent vice presidential debate.
It is undeniable that Vice President Bidens strategy was to prevent Congressman Ryan from being heard. He constantly interrupted and talked over Ryan with comments like Thats not true, You dont know what your talking about, Thats malarkey, etc. Ryan did not do likewise in any comparable way.
I also have no argument with a biased media. Its OK that the moderator did whatever favored her and her network. But if she had asked, Do you believe that the American people deserve to hear opposing ideas? Bidens debate antics seem to indicate that the Democratic answer would be no. Does the end really justify the means?
