Now that dusk is earlier, I urge everyone use more caution and common sense. I see many bike riders, dog walkers and joggers out in dark clothing, with no lights or reflective gear visible. And in some areas with no street lights, it makes it hard to notice them until you are right next to them. Enjoy your evening, but be careful out there!
