The California Highway Patrol is responding a to a one-car accident at the top of the Cuesta Grade, but says it is a “spinout” with no injuries.
An ambulance was dispatched as a precautionary measure at roughly 7:30 a.m.
The CHP said rubber-neckers are causing slight delays in traffic.
