Truth goes unheard

Los OsosOctober 11, 2012

How is it that when Mitt Romney makes a private and truthful statement, everybody’s cage gets rattled? Supposedly the polls show a drop in his approval after Jimmy Carter’s grandson turned in a recording of Romney’s words, and the “lefters” are acting like they got a new bicycle. Yet for four years, the man who has resided in my nation’s capital has turned his back on my flag because he doesn’t want to offend anyone, apologizes to foreigners for my country and uses my money to bail out companies and endeavors that should and did fail, and we remain deaf, dumb and blind.

Well, this Christian conservative is always offended, her cage is continually rattled, and her heart is daily broken to see what her nation has become. So, I pose the question. If a man speaks the truth and no one listens, is it still the truth?
