Sturdy bag, anyone?

Published: October 10, 2012

A number of countries have already switched from the basic polluting plastic bags and are now using the nonpolluting, biodegradable plastic bags. As usual, the U.S. again has shown itself to be slow and behind the curve in the fight against pollution.

The cheap, imported, non-plastic bags that are now being sold, are just that — cheap, and quick to fall apart. It seems to me that here is a good business opportunity for someone to make a solid, American-made bag for the U.S. market.

Think about it.
