Being relatively new to Paso Robles, I can say that this city has the most mismanaged road development scheme I have ever witnessed. You send in crews to quickly close the 16th Street Highway 101 offramp with no plan to just as quickly continue construction to get it reopened? Cresting the top of the hill on Union Road toward Golden Hill Road, the road is crumbling beneath you! Scary. Somebody’s going to be killed there!

Exactly what time of day or night are there crews on the 13th Street Bridge, working feverishly to get that project done, Mr. City Manager?

Crack the whip. You’ve got a lot to manage here, so I suggest that you get busy managing.
