Cal Poly’s Mackenzie Pridham scored twice, including the game-winning goal in overtime, in the Mustangs’ 3-2 win over UC Irvine on Sunday at Alex G. Spanos Stadium.

In the first half, freshman Ruben Duran scored his first collegiate goal for Cal Poly (7-5, 2-2 Big West Conference).

Duran’s pass to Chase Minter set up a cross that Pridham buried for the winning score in the 92nd minute.

Pridham now has seven goals on the season, the most by a Cal Poly player since David Zamora had seven in 2009.

Cal Poly goalkeeper Wade Hamilton made a career-high six saves.

Cameron Iwasa scored twice, and Gor Kirakosyan had two assists for UC Irvine (3-9-1, 0-4).
The Mustangs travel to Sacramento State on Friday.
