County Public Works will close Wineman Road, just north of Highway 166, starting Tuesday to replace damaged culverts. The closure will continue through Oct. 11.

Motorists are advised to find alternate routes.

The culverts were damaged during winter storms in 2011 but the county had to wait until it could get all of the necessary permits to do repairs.

Workers will be on the scene from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays.
