ORIGINAL STORY:

Fire investigators are at a San Luis Obispo mobile home park to determine what started an early morning fire that partially burned a maintenance building in the 1100 block of Orcutt Road.

Crews responded to a report of fire just before 6:50 a.m. Friday and extinguished the blaze within 15 minutes, according to the San Luis Obispo Fire Department.

The fire had already burned about half of a wood-framed, 1,200-square-foot maintenance and storage building in the Oceanaire Mobile Home Park.

No injuries or damage to nearby homes were reported, acting Battalion Chief Jeff Gater said.

Gater estimated that the fire resulted in about $150,000 in damage to the structure and its contents, which included supplies such as lawnmowers, doors, shelving units and construction materials.
