Josh and Kristine Riley assumed ownership of what was the Rainbow Bean Coffee House & Ice Creamery at 2320 Main St. on June 29. It’s now the Village Bean café, serving sandwichs, bagels, oatmeal, panini-grilled burrtitos, coffee and ice cream.

The family members, including three sons, moved to Cambria from Reedley, near Fresno, a few years ago.

Riley is continuing his day job as sales manager for four area radio stations owned by El Dorado Broadcasting. —Kathe Tanner
