Iconic English rocker Elvis Costello is returning to San Luis Obispo.

Best known for the songs “Alison,” “Radio Radio” and “Watching the Detectives,” the Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter last performed here in April 2010, playing a sold-out solo show at the Performing Arts Center.

He’s slated to return to the PAC on Sept. 29 for another solo performance.
