Cal Poly quarterback Andre Broadous was named the Big Sky Conference Offensive Player of the Week on Monday for his four-touchdown performance in Saturdays win over San Diego.
Broadous ran for two touchdowns including a career-long 56-yard score in the third quarter passed for two more, and finished with 113 yards rushing and 135 yards passing in the Mustangs 41-14 win.
Eastern Washington linebacker Ronnie Hamlin and Montana linebacker Jordan Tripp were named the Co-Defensive Players of the Week. Eastern Washington kicker Jimmy Pavel earned the Special Teams Player of the Week.
Also, Cal Poly received votes in both The Sports Network FCS poll (84 votes) and the Coaches FCS poll (7 votes).
The Mustangs have a bye this week then travel to Wyoming for their next game Sept. 15.
