PHOTOS: Paso Robles Olive Festival

Tastings, a cooking contest and other activities were offered as olive enthusiasts celebrated the local crop with the public in Paso Robles’ Downtown City Park on Saturday during the Ninth Annual Olive Festival.

Olive harvest typically runs from mid-October to December or January, depending on the weather. In warm seasons, it can sometimes kick off in September.
