Farm workers from San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties can learn about their options for health care today at a street fair in Santa Maria.

The Health and Resource Street Fair is set for 3 to 6 p.m. at 215 Newlove Drive.

Community Health Centers of the Central Coast is sponsoring the event, which will feature 20 health and social services agencies.

Community Health Centers will provide health information as well as dental assessments and screenings for blood pressure and blood glucose.

The street fair is part of National Health Center Week, which has a goal of helping to provide health care access to “medically vulnerable and underserved people.”
