I am thinking about the extent of the studies to be conducted by PG&E. Am I missing something? It looks like they are spending money to study shallow offshore areas. The Fukushima quake originated 22 miles off the coast of Japan. Is it worth the money to investigate only a part of the problem? And, does a positive result justify a license renewal?
