UPDATE 4:35 p.m. Thursday: The man who died Wednesday at a Paso Robles construction site has been identified as Hesperia resident James Conrad Seim, 65.
According to a news release from Paso Robles police, Seim was a construction supervisor in the 2400 block of Golden Hill Road in Paso Robles.
"This death does not appear to be suspicious in nature," said Lt. Tim Murphy in the department release. "However, the cause of death is unknown pending the results of an autopsy ... scheduled for next week."
UPDATE 1:55 p.m. Thursday: According to police Lt. Ty Lewis, a fall may have been involved in the death, but there doesnt appear to be anything criminal about it. The department is still waiting for the coroners report.
Police still have not released the mans identity.
Original story: The body of a white male adult was found at a construction site in Paso Robles on Wednesday morning, police said in a news release.
At approximately 5:45 a.m., the Paso Robles Police Department received a 911 call reporting that a body was found in the 2400 block of Golden Hill Road, the news release states.
Officers found the victim, who they say is approximately 65 years old.
Police investigators are working with coroner investigators from the San Luis Obispo County Sheriffs Office to determine the circumstances surrounding the death, police said.
The man has not yet been identified, pending notification of next of kin.
