I’d been looking forward to your editorial on the city’s dubious ordinance against sleeping in cars. It was very heartening to read The Tribune’s fair, well-reasoned and positive perspective. Hopefully the City Council will take your good advice to heart and work to create better options for our police as well as the homeless people among us.
