Nicholas Tejeda, chief operating officer of Twin Cities Community Hospital in Templeton, has been appointed president of the National Forum for Latino Healthcare Executives, according to a recent news release.

The forum, a national organization, is based in Chicago and aims to increase Latino representation at the executive level of U.S. hospitals and health care systems.

Tejeda graduated from Wichita State University and received his master’s degree in health services administration from the University of Kansas Medical Center.
