The third annual Central Coast Challenge will hold a multi-sport event with running and cycling, a Wellness Expo and a concert from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Aug. 5 at Laguna Lake.

The event will raise funds toward Jack’s Helping Hand and the Cancer WellFit program — both administered by the Avila Bay Club.

Participants of all fitness levels and ages are welcome to participate in the kid’s 1-mile run, 5K run, 10K run, 22K ride, 50K ride and 100K ride on the Central Coast.
