Four people were arrested Wednesday in San Luis Obispo after they were caught with gift and credit cards that they had allegedly stolen.

Officers were called to the Game Stop store at 487 Madonna Road at 4:40 p.m. after a woman reportedly tried to buy computer equipment with a fraudulent credit card. The suspect, Jamie Michelle Miller, 41, of Los Angeles, was found a short time later in a U-Haul truck parked near Best Buy, a short distance from the Game Stop, according to a news release from San Luis Obispo police.

Miller had an outstanding warrant from Los Angeles for burglary. A search of the U-Haul revealed fraudulent credit and gift cards, video game systems, a treadmill, car parts and a patio set. Miller was arrested on the warrant.

Three other suspects were tracked down at a local motel: Enrique Javier Oviedo, 46, of Santa Fe Springs; Michael Andrew Martinez, 30, of San Gabriel; and Diana Bernice Herrera, 34, of West Covina.

Altogether, police said they found 100 credit and gift cards in the possession of the suspects.

Miller was booked into San Luis Obispo County Jail on suspicion of burglary, possession of stolen property, theft of credit card information, grand theft and the outstanding warrant. She was jailed in lieu of posting $70,000 bail.

Martinez was booked on suspicion of theft of credit card information and a no-bail warrant from Los Angeles County.

Herrera and Oviedo were each booked on suspicion of theft of credit card information. Their bail was set at $10,000 apiece.
