Heritage Oaks Bank has hired Rob Osterbauer as market area president in San Luis Obispo County and agribusiness division leader for the entire bank. Osterbauer recently managed the Rabobank N.A.’s Central Coast agribusiness division. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Cal Poly.
