The Quiky Car Wash has opened at 2959 Broad St. in San Luis Obispo. It operates seven days a week and offers prepaid cash cards and monthly passes for individuals and businesses.

Owned by WestPac Companies, the car wash employs two full-time workers and 10 part-timers.

Up to 85 percent of its water is recycled or reclaimed. WestPac officials would not disclose how much was invested in starting the car wash.
