Correction: An earlier version of this story misstated the number of people employed by Paso Robles software company IQMS.

Paso Robles’s Planning Commission this week approved a 30,000-square-foot office building for software firm IQMS.

The new building will double the space IQMS has at the Wisteria Business Park.

The building will house offices for executives, sales, marketing and training.

IQMS has more than 120 total employees, about 80 of whom are local. The company expects to hire more than 120 new employees over the next two years.
