The Arroyo Grande High boys and girls track teams dominated Paso Robles at home, winning all but one event in the PAC 7 dual.
The Eagles boys were led by Garrett Weinreich, who won both the shot put (58 feet, 11 inches) and the discus (167-6).
Uriel Mendoza won the long jump (20-0) and the 400 meters (52.46 seconds) and Garrett Owens won both the 100 (11.5) and the 200 (24.09) to lead Arroyo Grande to the blowout win.
Zander Souza had the lone win for the Bearcats, taking the 1,600 with a time of 4 minutes, 37.61 seconds.
For the Eagles girls, Alex Mero won the triple jump (33-1), the long jump (15-7) and the high jump (5-2), and Nadine Reed won 100 (12.93) and the 200 (27.32).
Madison Jacobs won the discus throw (127-8) and the shot put (39-7 ½) as Arroyo Grande swept the meet against the Bearcat girls.
BOYS: Atascadero 87, St. Joseph 45 GIRLS: St. Joseph 72, Atascadero 64
Dominic Chance won the 110-meter hurdles (16.5 seconds) and the 300 hurdles (44.3), Robbie Hixson won the 400 (51.4) and the 200 (23.3), and Michael Mannon won the pole vault (13-0) to lead the Greyhound boys (1-2) to their first victory of the season.
Angelica Cussworth won the 100 (12.6) and the long jump (14-8½), but the Greyhound girls (0-3) lost.

Jacob Flores won the 100 meters (11.5), Seamus Land won the 800 (2:07.8) and Ricky Vasquez won the shot put (39.6) as the Tigers boys (2-2) won big.
For the Tigers girls (3-1), Alex Galley won 100 hurdles (18.1), the 300 hurdles (53.8) and the long jump (14-9), Christine Hoffmann won the 1,600 (5:30.2) and the 800 (2:25.4) and Bridget Devaney won both the shot put (35-3) and the discus (139-8 1⁄2).
BOYS: Nipomo 84, Lompoc 52 GIRLS: Nipomo 80, Lompoc 56
Alex Hascall won the 1,600 meters (4:51) and 3,200 (10:30), Kenny Cromer won the 400 (53.11) and the high jump (6-0) and Josh Dennoe-Sundberg won the 100 (10.4) and the 200 (24.1) for the Titans boys.
For the Titans girls, Cassie Dittenhoefer won the 1,600 (6:00) and tied for first in the 3,200 (13:21), and Taylor Nebitt won the shot put (34-8) and the discus throw (98-4).
BOYS GOLF PAC 7 Tournament
Reilly McMahon shot a 2-under 70 to medal for Righetti at Chalk Mountain Golf Course.
The Warriors took the team title with a score of 389, two strokes ahead of both Arroyo Grande and San Luis Obispo, which tied for second at 391.
Atascadero finished fourth at 394 and Paso Robles placed sixth with 460.
For the Eagles, Doug Merrin shot a 71, Mitch Martin shot a 76 and Josh Schneider shot a 79.
Adam Zakaria shot a 75, Grady Smith shot a 76 and Michael Zakaria, Michael Daigle and Hunter Ingles all carded 80s for the Tigers.
Brandon Erickson shot a 77, Evan Lucado shot a 78, Donnie Hedrick shot a 79 and Brandon Vail and Tristan Ioppini both shot 80 for the host Greyhounds.
Tyler King had the low round for the Bearcats with an 83.
Los Padres League Tournament
Nipomo finished in third place at Rancho Maria Golf Course with a team score of 437. Morro Bay was sixth at 530.
Santa Ynez took the team title with a 399, led by Dakota Zavalla who medaled by carding a 3-over 75. Nick Magness shot an 85 and Adam Burolla shot an 86 for the Titans.
Robbie Donaldson shot a 93 and Tielor Stanger shot a 98 for Morro Bay.
BOYS VOLLEYBALL San Luis Obispo 3, St. Joseph 1
Darren Paul had 19 kills and five aces to lead the Tigers (8-7-2, 1-0 PAC 7) to the 19-25, 25-23, 25-23, 26-24 win over the Knights.San Luis Obispos Peter Lee had 14 digs and Tyler Powell added 13 kills for the Tigers.
Morro Bay 3, Santa Maria 0
The Pirates (6-0, 2-0 LPL) swept the Saints 25-11, 25-19, 25-15 behind Edward Grileys 11 kills, eight blocks and 13 aces.
Marcus Zorovich tallied 35 assists, two blocks and two kills, and Bryce Owens had eight kills and two blocks for Morro Bay.

The Titans beat the Royals 20-25, 25-19, 25-19, 25-15.

Alan Peterson had a time of 2:07.86 in the boys individual medley and a CIF qualifying time of 56.22 in the 100-yard backstroke for the Tigers.
Graham Johnson won the 100 freestyle with a time of 51.17 and won the 100 breaststroke in 1:08.94.
San Luis Obispos Eric Erbstoesser won the 50 freestyle in 24.10 and the 500 freestyle in 5:09.27 for the boys.
For the girls, Aria Lucchesi won the 100 butterfly in 1:07.49, and Teagan Griffith won the 200 freestyle in 2:03.01.
