The San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday declined to waive permit fees to correct unpermitted construction on Dan De Vauls ranch at 10660 Los Osos Valley Road just west of the San Luis Obispo city limits.
County planners had recommended the denial for the three structures, which planners said were either built or altered without permits. They cited the so-called stucco barn, a dairy barn and fieldworker bathrooms.
