The San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors this morning indefinitely postponed action on a proposed anti-truancy law until proponents can educate the community at large about it.
Supervisors acted after many parents, some of them accompanied by home-schooled children, said they feared their children could be accosted unfairly by school resource officers and other law enforcement personnel.
