Arroyo Grande Planning Commission. Meets Tuesday. 473-5420. Discuss whether to recommend that the City Council approve an ordinance to establish a mandatory waiting period between sequential lot-line adjustments.

Atascadero Planning Commission. Meets Tuesday. 461-5000. Oak tree removal request for shopping center at 7600 El Camino Real.

Atascadero Unified School District Board of Trustees. Meets Tuesday. 462-4200. Annual financial audit; Citizens Advisory Committee presentation; update on bond-funded projects.

Grover Beach City Council and Improvement Agency Board of Directors. Meets Tuesday. 473-4567. Review water and storm water funds and discuss possible water rate increase; discuss ballot measure to ask city voters whether they want to rescind the two-year term limit for the directly elected mayor; update on status of redevelopment agencies statewide.

Los Osos Community Services District Board of Directors. Meets Thursday. 528-9370. Annual review of board bylaws and rules of decorum; proposed transfer of district property at Paso Robles Avenue and 18th Street to the county for the Los Osos sewer project; discussion of resuming nitrate testing of local groundwater.

Paso Robles City Council. Meets Tuesday. 237-3888. Semi-annual review of the Uptown/Town Centre Specific Plan to reshape city’s west side; proposed actions to comply with the state’s Redevelopment Dissolution Act; city’s financial forecast update for fiscal years 2011-15; prioritize projects to rebuild public services and facilities such as road repairs and police staffing during funding shortfalls; contract to upgrade sewer mains at Paso Robles and 13th streets.

Pismo Beach City Council and Redevelopment Agency Board of Directors. Meets Tuesday. 773-7003. Vote on proposal for emergency repair of bluffs along Ocean Boulevard, a sewage lift station at Vista del Mar and Ocean Boulevard and a public access stairway; consider retaining the housing assets and functions previously performed by the Pismo Beach Redevelopment Agency.

Port San Luis Harbor District Board of Commissioners. Meets Tuesday. 595-5400. Closed session for annual performance evaluation of harbor manager; in open session, discussion on options for closing a mobile home park at Harbor Terrace; harbor manager compensation and benefits.

San Luis Obispo City Council. 781-7100. Discussion of proposed task force that would update the land use and circulation elements of the city’s General Plan, its blueprint for building; appeal of a tree committee decision to deny the removal of two palm trees at 539 Cerro Romauldo; appeal of the city Planning Commission’s decision to uphold the revocation of a home occupation permit to teach piano lessons.

San Luis Coastal School District Board of Education. 549-1202. Review of proposed tools to evaluate the superintendent and the school board; proposed 2011-13 agreement with California School Employees Association and the Service Employees International Union; agreement with the Public Agency Retirement Services to administer an early retirement incentive.

San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors. Meets Tuesday. 781-5011. Hearing on proposed truancy ordinance; hearing on waiving fees for Dan De Vaul’s proposed construction at his ranch and sober-living center just outside San Luis Obispo; commending San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office Deputies Bryan Love and Mark Souza, Atascadero Police Department Sgt. Joe Allen, Screening Supervisor Anthony Tedesco and San Luis Obispo County Deputy District Attorney Victim-Witness Coordinator Cindy Marie Absey for saving the life of Edward Wilson at the San Luis Obispo County Courthouse after he suffered an apparent heart attack.
