Paso Robles police say that shots were fired at two homes in the city late Tuesday and early Wednesday.
The first incident was reported about 10:45 p.m. Tuesday in the area of 14th and Spring streets, according to a Paso Robles Police Department news release.
Officers could not find any suspects, anyone hurt or damaged property, police said.
The person who reported hearing four gunshots witnessed what they suspect was a green Honda Civic traveling away at a high rate of speed with its headlamps turned off.
Then at 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, someone reported that shots were fired into a home on 15th Street, between Spring and Oak streets, police said.
Officers found that a house and a vehicle had been hit a number of times by bullets.
And several neighbors reported hearing five to eight gunshots.
Nobody was hurt, and no suspects or vehicles were reported to have been seen leaving the area, according to police.
