Juan Bandaras and his brother Jesus outfit an artificial tree with branches, the first of what will be a three-tower cellular phone facility installed atop a hill across Highway 1 from Cuesta College. The Verizon, AT&T and Sprint-Nextel project, expected to be completed in June, will replace an existing 100-foot pole with the trio of antennas camouflaged to resemble trees.
