Pismo police offer bountiful holiday dinner for all

Bob and Jane Rice (proud parents of Pismo Beach City Manager Kevin Rice), are served turkey and fixings during the Pismo Beach Police Officers Association’s Thanksgiving dinner at the Pismo Beach Veterans Hall on Wednesday. The association has offered the dinner for 28 years as a way to help those needing the holiday meal. This year, the officers prepared 2,700 pounds of turkey and all the fixings. Boy Scout Carter Elder, 8, picks up some pie to go with his meal. Food and smiles were in large supply.

  • Do not copy and paste outside material into the comment box.
  • Don't repeat the same comment over and over. We heard you the first time.
  • Do not use the commenting system for advertising. That's spam and it isn't allowed.
  • Don't use all capital letters. That's akin to yelling and not appreciated by the audience.

You should also know that The Tribune does not screen comments before they are posted.
