An Arroyo Grande woman who admitted stealing nearly $110,000 from U.S. Bank and two customers while she was employed at its Arroyo Grande branch was sentenced today to 15 months in federal prison.
Brenda Bautista Hurtado, 26, was sentenced by in Los Angeles by U.S District Judge Jacqueline H. Nguyen, who also ordered Hurtado to pay $109,071 in restitution, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office. She pleaded guilty in August to one count of theft by a bank employee.
