Tonight at 8 p.m., an exciting show will be presented at The Ranch, 1285 Mission St. in downtown San Miguel.
The show will benefit Toy Bank of Greater Paso Robles Inc. Stars of the show will include Dr. Magic (Gary Elem) with amazing sleight-of-hand, Harvey Hunt delighting the audience with comedy hypnosis, and juggler Mark Wilder, who performs atop a seven-foot-tall unicycle.
Admission is $10. Eighty percent of ticket sales will be donated to the Toy Bank.
Students to present Las Posadas
Another holiday favorite is Las Posadas at the Rios-Caledonia Adobe sponsored by the Friends of the Adobe. On Dec. 3 from 7 to 9 p.m., AVID students from Paso Robles High School will present the Christmas story in tableaus.
The crèche will feature live animals in the manger. The museum and gift shop will be open with refreshments.
Follow the luminarias along the path from the parking area to the Adobe where youll be given a candle to light your way.

Holiday light parade and street fair
Its time to make plans for the annual San Miguel Holiday Electric Light Parade and Street Faire. This year, the event is scheduled for Dec. 17.
The Street Faire begins at 2 p.m. The parade starts at 6 p.m. Santa will be greeting children following the parade. There will be food and fun for all. To reserve a booth, call Mike Sanders at 712-9120. Booth rental is $10. For entry forms and information, call Kathleen Carpenter at 857-2551.
New Chamber seeks new members
The newly formed Chamber of Commerce committee is seeking new members. The mission of this group is to revitalize the town by supporting existing businesses while bringing in new merchants.
