Founders Community Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Founders Bancorp, is expanding services to northern San Luis Obispo County through its new Small Business Lending Center at 6100 El Camino Real in Atascadero.
In July, the bank received $4.2 million in Small Business Lending Funds and has since determined a need for additional lenders in the North County, according to a news release.
The office will open Nov. 1 with a staff of three.
Longtime North County banker Kelley J. Stolz has joined the bank as vice president and commercial loan officer to focus on North County. Kelley previously worked at CoastHills Federal Credit Union for a year and at Heritage Oaks Bank for 15 years.
Founders also has two locations in San Luis Obispo.
