The Mission Prep football team continued its winning ways Friday night with a dominant 64-7 victory over visiting Sierra Pacific, scoring all of its points in the first half.
Mission Prep (5-1) jumped out to a 30-0 lead in the first quarter, scoring in all three phases of the game. Quarterback Tyler Baty had two touchdown passes in the quarter, one to Trevor Fernandez and one to Joey Hall, Andrew DaRosa blocked a punt and recovered it in the end zone for another score and Mission Preps defense sacked Golden Bears quarterback Jonathan Gonzales in the end zone for a safety.
