First California Bank has appointed Michael D. Kee as its senior vice president and regional manager. He will be responsible for overseeing all banking activities of the San Luis Obispo County branch in downtown San Luis Obispo.
Kee will report to Gilbert Dalmau, the banks recently appointed executive vice president and chief banking officer.
Previously, Kee served as senior vice president and senior lending officer for Founders Community Bank in San Luis Obispo. He also held a senior level position with Mid-State Bank & Trust in Arroyo Grande, according to a news release.
First California Bank, which in San Luis Obispo was formerly San Luis Trust Bank, operates 19 branches in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo and Ventura counties.
