An Orcutt resident was arrested following an investigation by Grover Beach police of some alleged sex crimes involving two children.
During their investigation, police identified a third victim of a rape that happened recently in the city, according to a news release from the department.
Scott A. San Agustin, 38, was arrested in San Luis Obispo at 3 p.m. Thursday on suspicion of seven felony counts, including rape and lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 years old.
On Sunday, police took a report on the sexual abuse of two children under 10 years old. Police determined that one incident happened recently in Grover Beach and the other occurred earlier this year in Oklahoma, according to the news release.
San Agustin was booked into San Luis Obispo County Jail in lieu of $200,000 bail and remained there today.
