Paso Robles City Council. Meets Tuesday. 237-3888. Expected delay of public hearing on sewer fee increases to Oct. 4; update to the city’s guidelines with state environmental policies; grant application for Salinas River Parkway improvements; grant to buy a solar trailer to offset energy needs at events, teach students and provide emergency power.

Pismo Beach City Council. Meets Tuesday. 773-4657. Consider 2010 Urban Water Management Plan; updated two-year contract with employees in Service Employees International Union, Local 620; whether to merge city’s streets and parks divisions into a single facilities maintenance division; change the Pismo Beach Lodging Business and Improvement District budget for fiscal year 2011-12 by $100,000 to reflect available balance and increase agreement with TJA Advertising for additional marketing.

San Luis Obispo City Council. Meets Tuesday. 781-7100. Public hearing on a plan to spend $100,000 from the 2011-12 California Supplemental Enforcement Services Fund to finance the salary and benefits of a communications technician; request for proposals to hire a consultant to help update the city’s land use and circulation elements; review a potential development agreement between the city and Chevron for infrastructure costs in the airport area.

San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors. Meets Tuesday. 781-5450. Los Osos sewer update; update on county homelessness; funding for Citizens’ Option for Public Safety program; buying three “portable decontamination units” for $93,000; applying for $434,000 in Homeland Security Department grants; resolution recognizing “El Grito de la Independencia,” celebrating Mexico’s independence from Spain; replacing an environmental resources specialist position with an “agricultural resources” position; auction to sell old Paso Robles courthouse.
