Former ultimate fighting champ Chuck Liddell has moved to Southern California and is selling his San Luis Obispo residence — once featured on “MTV Cribs” — for $1.2 million, according to his real estate agent.
Liddell, who first moved to San Luis Obispo to attend Cal Poly in the mid-'90s, lived in the city while he was the UFC’s light heavyweight champ. But since his retirement last December, he has left the Central Coast, said Melissa Kues, the agent listing his home for the Real Estate Group.

Liddell also has two other homes for sale in San Luis Obispo, though the one featured on “Cribs” in 2008 was his primary home.
Liddell could not be reached through his management Wednesday. And no one answered the door at the home.
The website for The Real Estate Group doesn’t mention Liddell as the owner, though it offers hints with lines like “Live the celebrity lifestyle” and “with all the necessities of an ‘MTV Cribs’ lifestyle.”
The 4,600-foot home, built in 1965, features five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen and an oversized, in-ground pool with a spa, rock slide and waterfall. (Click here to see photos of the home.)
In the 2008 “Cribs” episode, Liddell said the pool was the motivating factor in his decision to buy the home.
Wearing a shirt advertising The Pit gym, Liddell also paraded cameras through his game room, featuring video games, a pool table and a stripper pole. He also showed crews his stable of cars, including a Hummer, a Ford F-150 pickup truck and a Ferrari F430.
According to Zillow.com, the home was last sold in 2006 for $1.275 million. The county assessor’s office lists its assessed value at $986,000.
Liddell, who TMZ reports is in a custody battle for his 12-year-old son, retired from fighting last December, a month after he proposed to girlfriend Heidi Northcott. In 2010, the couple made a nude workout tape as part of a viral advertising campaign for Reebok.
Liddell lists his home as Los Angeles on his Twitter site. He's currently the executive vice president of business development for the UFC.
