Caltrans has added three San Luis Obispo cameras to its statewide network of streaming traffic video.

Visitors to the Caltrans website can now monitor real-time traffic conditions at Highway 101 at Los Osos Valley Road, Highway 101 at Marsh Street, and Highway 101 at Avila Beach Drive.

There are currently five active cameras in Pismo Beach, one in Paso Robles, three in San Luis Obispo and two in Atascadero.

The statewide network of cameras can be viewed at: http://video.dot.ca.gov/. Mac users are advised to use the latest version of Windows Media Player for Mac.

Motorists can also call the automated California Highway Information Network at 800-GAS-ROAD to get current conditions for any highway in the state.
